I am an artist living in Malmö, Sweden. My main focus is Landscapes and still lifes painted from life, mostly in oils. I studied traditional realist drawing and oil painting at The Swedish Academy of Realist Art SARA

My interest in painting started with a fascination of the craft of painting and the deep attentiveness needed to translate fleeting moments of reality to canvas.

This fascination with craft and a tendency to want to understand every part of the process led me to start making most of my oil colors and mediums myself by hand and learning about traditional hand tool woodworking for making my own picture frames.
